Niall how many knee surgeries have you had? Have you had more done than the one we know about?

Any tips for painless 😂 workouts with bad knee?

I’ve had 4 knee surgeries done in the last 4 years and I’ve now lost a lot of my mobility (I can’t walk properly etc)
