UPI payment was successfully debited for a ticket on Kerala RTC bus RPC 527 from Poovar Depot, but the ticket was not generated/received through @chaloapp.

Please look into this issue and arrange a refund or ticket confirmation.

@whirlpool_india I was made to wait unnecessarily, and no home inspection was even done. When I requested a part, I was asked to pay a visit charge despite not needing a visit! I paid and collected the part myself, but its quality and durability seem very poor.Terrible service. @whirlpool_india

@whirlpool_india Asked only for the refrigerator vegetable box top cover, but was unnecessarily forced towards taking full service. Customers should be able to purchase spare parts without being pressured into unwanted service charges.
