@AskeBay very disappointed with service. I’ve been trying to gain access to my acc for several months. I contacted you via Twitter spent 1 entire day to no avail. After many requests a number was given which is invalid. Reducing staff to increase profit isn’t the way forward.

@lozzypop1 @FragranceShopUK Did you pay for return postage? Apparently this is a common occurrence customers are waiting long periods of time for refund to be processed. You should look into trading standards and take action against them.
