As @levelsio said, health is becoming a HUGE trend.
That’s why I’m building @uaradotai, to give founders the best chance to maximize their health while running startups.
I’m a founder too and I know the stress of doing this. I know how important good sleep, a good routine, and a healthy life are to boost performance and stay focused on what matters. I’ve had days where my brain isn't functioning well because of poor health habits.
I understand the power of health data and biohacking. I also recognize the importance of privacy around it.
That’s why I’m building Uara, fully open source and in public. I launched a waitlist presale to fund this project. I want to integrate all wearables into the app to give users the opportunity to improve their health without excuses.
I currently have 9 Whoop tester spots available to test the integration directly. After this, I’ll integrate all other wearables for full support.

Your feedback will be pure gold, Pieter!
Very good question, I've been thinking about this too
I am really not sure but personally I do see health becoming much more important
Many people stopped drinking alcohol, smoking, vaping, and are all hitting the gym or running etc. people really see the importance of working out and eating clean for having a long healthy life until old age
I think there's a lot of businesses there, I know @marclou is also interested and did a few projects in that
Digital nomadism might also pick up again geopolitical instability continues and wars around the world continue (see Ukrainians and also Russians fleeing, many working remotely)
One of the most powerful AI application is in healthcare, imo
Today there is no big companies building that and I think is a really bad missing piece
OpenAI announced an healthcare model but there is no AGI without a huge AI healthcare application
Any health models to consider?
I'm starting coding @uaradotai again (like for the 6th time) and I need to set up a proper structure to have the optimal arc.
I've never used a monorepo for long-term projects, just played around with them.
So far, my best reference is @middayai. I worked with mr. Opus 4.5 to analyze everything and summarize some notes.
I've wrapped them up here https://t.co/1nvSXJQUKu
Thanks to @pontusab and @viktorhofte for the amazing job done 🖤
where’s the best place to start a health tech company today?
I’m especially curious about London (UK in gen)
how is it in terms of capital, regulation, bureaucracy, people etc?
would love your thoughts
How useless are the tweets saying like
“one year ago I had zero followers and zero clients now I’ve 10k and a couple clients”
Ok now what? Congrats
Instead share learnings, insights, why something worked and why not other things
In 2026 the build in public trend is becoming showing numbers in public
I wanna see more dirty hands building stuff and facing hard challenges
Claude can now securely connect to your health data.
Four new integrations are now available in beta: Apple Health (iOS), Health Connect (Android), HealthEx, and Function Health.
