• Be good at creating beautiful UIs
• Know about the double diamond UX processes
• Have knowledge on typography and color theory
• Design for accessibility
• Make their stuff responsive
• Know how to build scalable design systems
• Be team players
• Be great copywriters
• Manage and direct other people
• Be great mentors
• Be awesome at public speaking
• Have experience with animation and human interaction
• Have basic coding skills
• Be great researchers
• Be spectacular at user/stakeholder interviews and competitive analysis
• Be successful salespeople
• Be good at accounting, perhaps even running a business
• Name their layers
All of these are possible expect for one.
