I have been told by a mortgage broker that The Mortgage Works is one of the mort sympathetic lenders for cladded properties.
Does anyone know if they require a cladding remediation works start date before they will lend on a cladded property?

I am so totally confused by all the statements suggesting that lenders have agreed to lend on cladded flats. I am currently trying to remortgage and can say with confidence that they currently aren't lending! Can someone clarify!?
