@likezoinksmannn You can do a lot the moment you feel you're sick of grieving and what it's doing to you.

Find insurance and get into trauma therapy, in particular EMDR, and maybe CBT + Somatic. Build a positive self-image from that internal growth until it begins to manifest outwards.
