🚨 Al-Shabaab Supporter Running Khaatumo Government Ops in Minnesota
Mahmoud Omar Isse (aka Mahamud Abdulle Ali) — a Minnesota business owner — is the senior U.S. representative for the Khaatumo State of Somalia.
He openly supports Abdi Madobe, a known Al-Shabaab commander.
In this speech, Isse speaks "on behalf of the Minnesota Khaatumo community" at the Las Anod Conference — the July 2025 event where Khaatumo leaders (with heavy federal government backing) finalized their new regional state amid ongoing regional wars and clan conflicts. Isse attended and participated in the event.
Isse thanks Somalia’s top officials for completing the administration and positions the U.S. diaspora as active partners in building it.
An Al-Shabaab-linked operative helping form and promote a Somali government faction — right here in Minnesota. That is a government that had Abdi Madobe leading their forces in combat against Somaliland.
Foreign interference with terror ties.
Isse has not registered with the Department of Justice's FARA program which could lead to a 5 year prison sentence.

Landers who keep dragging the Republic of Somaliland next to the corpse of the failed state of Somalia are not doing anyone any favors. That is not advocacy.
Somaliland has achieved remarkable successes in isolation, such as pioneering iris and retina scan technology for fair elections and becoming one of the first countries in the world to go fully cashless. There are nearly 200 countries in the world to compare yourselves with.
Dragging the Republic of Somaliland into every Somalian controversy is not advocacy. It is simply pathetic.
Have more confidence in yourselves. Because comments like the one below are exactly what you’re telling the world. 👇
🚨 Former Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara thanked an Al-Shabaab supporter running a shadow government inside the United States — and indicated he was a close personal friend.
Mahmoud Omar Isse, the Khaatumo State's "Governor of Minnesota,” openly promotes UN-designated Al-Shabaab commander Abdi Madobe on social media while operating as the unregistered U.S. representative for Somalia’s SSC-Khaatumo administration.
His followers call him the Governor of Minnesota. He raises funds, holds rallies, and builds political influence across America — all without registering under FARA.
During a press conference, O’Hara told the group the community had been welcoming and that many were now his “personal friends and close with me.”
Shadow governments require local enforcement to function.
This influence mechanism may already be operating in Minnesota.
What do you think should be done about this?
Check out my other videos on Mahmoud Omar Isse for additional evidence regarding his foreign agent activity and his support of Al-Shabaab Commander Abdi Madobe.

Three decades and billions of dollars later, the State Department still hasn’t learned the lessons from the American troops who went to Somalia to rescue a starving population, only to receive ingratitude and hate in return.
The same people the U.S. is arming and feeding with billions today while allowing their citizens to gain asylum in the United States are the very ones who killed American troops, then turned around and demanded more food aid and asylum. That level of ingratitude is a cultural norm not an outlier.
An American soldier lamented that the same people they would feed during the day were the ones shooting at them at night. The soldiers you trained as members of Somalia’s special forces are now stomping on the U.S. flag.
You have flooded the region with weapons for Somalia that are now being sold on the black market. The same troops you trained are either joining terrorists and pirates or waging war against the peaceful people of the Republic of Somaliland.
It’s time to pull out of Somalia altogether and discard the mission for good.
We extend our deepest condolences to Senator #LindseyGraham’s family and to the Government and people of the United States.
A distinguished statesman and valued friend of Somaliland, his support for stronger #US-#Somaliland#relations leaves a lasting #legacy.
Another video appears to show a Somali soldier stepping on the U.S. flag. If authentic, this raises serious questions about whether the previous incident was truly isolated. Coming after Minister Fiqi's statement and the U.S. decision to halt UNSOM funding. #US#Somali#Africa
These men don't appear to be the same individuals seen stomping on the U.S. flag. If authorities arrested the wrong people, that's a serious failure. Due process and transparency should be shown.
I wonder how the spouse of SGT James Casey Joyce feels when she sees Somalian fraudsters on the news, Representative Ilhan Omar acting as an ungrateful congresswoman, and the reopening of the US embassy in Somalia.
Once again, the embassy has to complain about disrespect from those who benefit from the billions in American taxpayer dollars. Despite the acrimonious history the United States remains the largest food donor to the failed state.
All she had hoped for was that her husband did not die in vain.
@US2SOMALIA Disgusting the failed state somalia funding USA 2Billion stability But change to standing USA flag 250yrs anniversary independent day @US2SOMALIA@USAfricaCommand@POTUS@SecRubio
Why support the stable country Republic somaliland peace & Democracy no terrorism,no piracy, safe?
Yes, the USA has helped the Somalian people and #Somalia as a state more than any other nation on Earth over the past 36 years. That is the well-known American generosity globally. In 1992, Americans were the first to come to Somalia - Operation Restore Hope - to save millions of starving Somalian people. Soon, they began killing American soldiers who came to their country to save the lives of their people. Somalians are abaal-laawayaal. You are lucky they only desecrated your flag.
We united with them by giving up our beautiful country's sovereignty to create a united Somali Republic - the Singapore of East Africa - with a 3,500 km coastline. They rewarded us by killing a quarter of a million Somalilanders, destroying every city and town in #Somaliland, and looting our natural resources.
That is how they reward anyone who helps them. Someone who burned his own house will never respect another one.
BTW you are around the same people who killed fifteen American troops and dragged their bodies three decades ago.
Why do you not respond to the vile comments left behind on your memorial posts? These people enjoy your money nothing else and after three decades you’ve only managed to create better armed and equipped terrorists in Somalia.
If, ever since the Obama admin made the mistake of recognizing the #Somalia🇸🇴 failed state regime, @US2SOMALIA had been more zealous about #USA🇺🇸 interests instead of coddling the spoiled brats with delusions of a “one Somalia” policy, it might not have come to this. Pathetic!🤮
