Despite suffering a defeat at home to @CourtMoorPE this evening these girls got better with each quarter and managed to register 23 points in reply. A great effort from a young U16 team. Well done ladies.

An exciting 26-23 win for the Year 8 Basketball lads this evening v @frogmorepe. 16-16 with a quarter to go, we managed to secure victory with some sharp shooting and tireless defence. Well done boys! A great way to finish the week.

A 27-10 victory for the Year 11 girls today out on the Netball court. A thoroughly enjoyable evening! Player of the Match was AJ, on her return to the team. Great to see! Well done to all involved. 🏐

A dejected looking Year 8 team, who went down 4-1 at Alderwood this evening against a very good side. Fought well throughout & hit the bar twice but it wasn't to be on this occasion. Looking forward to our @HantsSchoolsFA County Cup tie next Monday.

As far as we are aware, this evening saw the first ever Mixed Netball team represent The @WavellSchool in a competitive fixture. These Yr11 students thoroughly enjoyed themselves, despite suffering a 7pt loss. Bring on the next match! @EnglandMMNA @EnglandNetball @HantsOutdoors

A 6pt defeat this evening for the Year 8 Basketball team. After a slow start, they fought well against our visitors @AshManorPE and put on a much improved show in the second half. Plenty of positives to take ahead of the rest of the season. #WavellJets

The face you pull when you battle to a 1-0 win- in extra time- in the Yr8 County Cup! Max's effort was saved by the GK but he was the quickest to react & bury it in the bottom corner. A massive win & well deserved after testing their GK on numerous occasions. To the next round!
