Stay away from @fairparkdallas and Dos Equis if you have a medical need. AMR as a medical vendor is pretty much worthless. They'd just let you die rather than get off their asses and help. Thank God for helpful Texans who intervened with ice and fans and water.

@TMobileHelp I just spent 2 hours on the phone not solving my issue. I'll pass. We will need to port them out to Verizon tomorrow. As a T-Mobile stockholder, I'm embarrassed to be one. I'll be contacting investor relations tomorrow to let them know why they're getting fired.
