In all, the examination body WAEC has reacted on the decision of the Nigerian government to reverse its earlier decision to reopen schools stating that the public would be updated after the situation is being reviewed and WAEC’s final decisions are taken.

The federal government had earlier announced that graduating classes are to resume soon, so as to prepare for upcoming examinations.
This announcement was accepted with great enthusiasm on the part of parents, guardians, students, schools and even examination bodies.
