A cop in New York was convicted on 2nd degree manslaughter. It's is a good verdict IMHO. He pepper sprayed the entire car (wife & kids inside) then rammed the car twice, causing it to skid into the guardrail, flip over, & eject the 11 y/o child.
Sentence: 2.5-7.5 yrs.

@jedermann0111 @JohnLeFevre @DrDanMcDougall1 Because pepper spraying the driver over failure to ID could reasonably cause fear and panic resulting in fleeing. It was excessive use of force and also pepper sprayed the kids. He's an asshole and deserves all 7 years for reckless disregard.
