closer to the stores. more control over your account.
floor has been submitted for app store review and public release on google play.
this update also brings a few changes:
• delete your account from the “you” tab. your wallet and its funds remain yours. sign-in details, photos, location trails, and history are removed. only anonymous payout records remain.
• uploaded photos are stripped of location and camera details.
• your claim and paid reward screens now show the photo you took.
• on iphone, share your photo through the share menu and post it yourself. floor no longer keeps a connected X account on iphone. android keeps one-tap posting through your connected account.
• giveaway rules now explain automatic claim checks and human review of flagged claims.
we’ve also cleaned up iphone input fields and demo screens, updated the privacy policy, and added a website support page.

been building floor for the past two weeks
people leave money at real places. you go there, stand around for 20 sec, take a pic of the floor, it's yours

out in the world. back with improvements.
android field testing brought a real location verification and a submitted claim—and useful feedback on the steps in between.
you can now find a drop on a live in-app map, with a separate option for walking directions in your maps app. map controls stay accessible while browsing nearby drops.
the photo-to-post flow is clearer too. you can share or save your photo while an upload retries after a connection failure. repeated taps no longer open conflicting sharing requests, and clearer x posting instructions guide you through adding your post link to the claim.
for creators, scheduling now uses a 24-hour clock, with quick options for opening in 6 hours, 12 hours, or 3 days.
rewards are easier to follow, with a simpler view of your total collected and current wallet balance. drops with no rewards left are marked “fully claimed,” and empty withdrawals are no longer offered.
real walks. real feedback. a better floor.

a little quicker. a little more joy.
floor now runs on android alongside ios, with android available through direct install for testing.
location verification takes 20 seconds instead of 30. once you submit a claim, a confirmation lets you know it’s waiting for review. if it gets rejected, you can verify again and submit a new post.
when your reward arrives, you’ll see the amount and a little confetti celebration in the app—even if you missed the notification.
we’ve also tightened checks around duplicate claims: each x post can support only one claim, and reviewers have better visibility into multiple accounts using the same device.
small improvements that make finding your first drop feel better.
