Beautiful music to tell the story of a positive therapy experience that ultimately ended in hope for the future. Therapy at its best!

It’s Children’s Mental Health Week. 75 percent of mental illnesses begin before age 18. My kids are having wellbeing days at school. I feel so hopeful that my children get to begin conversations on their mental health that I never got invited to at the same age.
Wishing you a happy and healthy Christmas! If it’s been a hard year, well done for making it through. Hope this season is as restful and peaceful as it can be.
I absolutely loved reading about this initiative. The power of group singing to improve mental health!

It’s World Mental Health Day & it’s also Baby Loss Awareness Week.If someone confides in you about baby loss, listen, empathise, don’t offer helpful advice (they’ve heard it all before), offer them a hug & check in on them. Send some flowers or a sympathy card. Be a good friend!
It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme for this year is community. We can start a hobby, join a class or a faith group, start volunteering. Just a step towards building community - like a chat with a neighbour or joining an online support group is a great start.
This is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme for this year is community. People with good social networks experience fewer mental health struggles because communities can provide life satisfaction and help people feel less isolated.
It’s University Mental Health Day. I’m privileged to work with students with disabilities in these settings & the challenges can be huge. Accessing spaces, having the right equipment to aid learning & feelings of isolation. A lot for a new adult to manage.

It’s World Mental Health Day 2024. I learned this week the highest suicide rate among women is between the ages of 45 and 55, a period when many experience symptoms of the menopause or peri-menopause. Here are some further thoughts on menopausal wellbeing: https://t.co/yUjYAmlQa0
It’s ADHD awareness month. Many adults are seeking a diagnosis after looking back at their childhood and realising their struggles were not their fault.

It's Men's Health Week and we thought it was a perfect opportunity to re-share our R.A.I.S.E. campaign which helps spot the signs of depression in men and to encourage men to seek therapy.
