We must speak love through Truth. One thing our partners detest is lying. Love never lies! If we need to tell them the truth that hurts, say it with respect, gentleness and humility. Refrain from using phrases that condemn or criticize like “you always,” or “you never.”
Your emotions are established and ruled by how you think about the circumstances in your life. So, if you want to master your emotions and overcome emotional strongholds in your life, you need to master your thinking.

Let me remind you of a very important truth about emotions: they don’t have an intellect.
They don’t think. They merely respond. Emotions must borrow thoughts in order to stimulate feelings. Therefore, whoever or whatever controls your thoughts, controls how you feel.

2/2 But being generous to get something out of it is never the point. We don’t decide to give our money, time, or encouragement so that we can get something in return. But, one cannot ignore the blessings from God when we live our lives to be a blessing to others.
1/2 The quote above really does explain the relationship between stewardship, giving, and generosity. We are stewards who give with a generous spirit. When we do, our lives will be filled up so full that we won’t be able to contain the blessings.
Our time is a commodity we will never get back. What a remarkable investment we can make when we afford some of our time to influence others. We will never know the lasting effect in another’s life because we gave of our time.
“The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty.” (Proverbs 22:3).
You can avoid d-anger, when you have a game plan prepared beforehand. Prepare a game plan for how to remain patient in those situations that consistently lead to anger.
