@gomoireland @gomoireland OK thanks for sending out the engineer, hopefully it will run without issues from now on. 2 weeks without broadband for someone relying on it for work, not ideal. Hopefully the turnaround of issues will improve in the future.

10 May – Signed up. Great offer. I was told it would be installed on 15 May.
15 May – Broadband installed.
19 May – Broadband stopped working. Reported the issue , told it would take 4–5 working days to resolve.
2 June – Still no broadband.
