@premierleague@NBCSports WH v Fulham is on CNBC?? I've been trying to get into PL, and subscribed to Sling and Peaock SPECIFICALLY to watch. Now I need to subscribe to CNBC? Do you not want ppl to watch? Stupid stupid stupid
@Chris_arnade tho walking west on 16th street may be more your style with a mix of strip clubs, churches, bbq, and used car lots. And there's a McDonalds for a coffee recharge.
@Chris_arnade If you're hoofing it south, check Longs Bakery near 16th St and Lafayette Rd. Considered best donuts in the city. Nice mix of folks. Often a line out the door. Cash only.
@felixsalmon can you explain this math? Doesn't $500,000 x 0.6% = $3000? Also, I can't find Daffy's fees on their website (tho I haven't had coffee yet). Seems like they'd lead with the cost.

@cathycurtis Does mom's bank offer a secure card? They might be more willing to issue. If trying to build credit, is it a situation where mom could add him as an authorized user on her card? Some cards allow lower credit limits to be set on the addition card.
@michael_oberg@taxgirl Are you kidding? Lots of other considerations. Budgeting, taking out a loan, use credit responsibly, etc, etc... Oh, lower income folks may be better served by a Roth of they can save at all. Plus financial literacy is effective in school https://t.co/LnmyfKmLs0
@mekosoff@TheStalwart Planning to contribute to your new 401k is a great plan. +1 on opening an IRA. Can help in increasing personal finance knowledge. IRA v Roth is important, but can wait for another day. If you plan to add to PNC, be aware of their fees. Maybe compare to Vanguard. (sorry Jared).
