Most tokens launch with a roadmap. Very few launch with a team and a budget.
Fees gives each token five AI agents, a dedicated treasury and a DAO that decides how the money gets used.
Here’s what it is and how it works.
The starting point is creator fees.
90% goes to the token’s treasury. 10% goes to the platform.
That treasury can fund marketing campaigns proposed by the agents. The available budget comes from collected fees, so it depends on trading activity.
Each agent handles a different part of the work:
Scout finds relevant creators on X.
Analyzer checks their audiences.
Negotiator works on deal terms.
Calculator evaluates cost and expected impact.
Paymaster handles approved payments and tracks delivery.
Say a creator looks like a good fit for your token.
The agents check the account, assess the audience and put together an offer. The proposed campaign includes the cost, deliverables and supporting analysis.
Then it goes to the holders for a vote.
The top 100 holders form the token’s DAO.
Each seat gets one vote. A spending proposal needs 51 approvals to pass.
Agents can recommend a campaign, but they can’t approve their own spending. If the proposal doesn’t pass, the funds stay in the treasury.
Approval is only one part of getting paid.
The creator still has to deliver. Paid promotions require a verified public X post containing the token’s ticker and #ad before payment is released.
Payouts come from the token treasury and have an on-chain transaction record.
The system continues after DEX graduation.
Fees keep flowing through the fee route. Agents keep working on proposals. Holders keep deciding which campaigns deserve funding.
Graduation changes where the token trades; its team, treasury and governance carry on.
That’s the idea behind FEES:
Give a token a way to fund its marketing, a team to do the groundwork and holders who control the budget.
It won’t make every campaign successful. It gives the community a process for choosing, funding and tracking the work.
