@LNRailway on the 17:56 train leaving London Euston which is overcrowded and the air conditioning is not on. Any chance a message could be sent to the train guard to at least turn the air con on?

@LNRailway Is there a way to manually override the thermostat please? This carriage is likely 40 degrees in heat. And for people who are pregnant it becomes unsafe

Surely someone can manually override the thermostat and cool the train down?
This carriage will be over 30 degrees in temperate if not nearer 40 which is nowhere near a “comfortable” temperature … or safe

@LNRailway Hi Jonty. That’s not good enough when I was on a train (slow one) but was told the fast train was shortly behind by the driver, so I got off it - if that wasn’t the case then it shouldn’t have been announced - with limited information passengers are relying on updates

@LNRailway We didn’t get on the train and now we’ve had to abandon our plans. Not your fault, but the company needs to provide a consistent service to paying customers if it continues to charge the prices it does
