Critical Weather operations alert from Boulder Shelter: "Critical Weather protocols in place at BSH overnight tonight – we will increase capacity from 160 to 180 residents and CE requirements will be waived. Intake will still occur between 5-7pm as normal."

Once a year, the community gathers to honor those who passed away in the past year after or while they experienced homelessness. This year, the memorial will be held the same day as Feet Forward's event in the park in which we serve a hot meal and provide resources.

Second Baptist Church (SBC) will distribute some clothing at the Bandshell Thur. morning, but is pleased to share they will have a shuttle to take people to and from SBC where more clothing and gear are expected to be available.

You may have seen some new faces at our Tuesday events at 2:30 at the bandshell, where our entire board has been volunteering to ensure no interruption in providing hot meals and a warm welcome to our neighbors.

While we were sad to see our founder resign, Feet Forward is happy to announce we have an experienced interim executive director that has stepped in. Jen is not replaceable, but FF is and shall continue to meet our mission.

We've been lucky with the weather, but our Tuesday event this week was a bit wet. That didn't stop our new chef from cooking and serving up hot meals of both salmon and meatballs. Everyone, please meet Libby, our newest employee (3rd from left), and thank you to our volunteers!
