@stylebyand i had travelled to Mumbai and bought this top from AND Oberoi Mall Malad. Looks like quality check was missed. Sadly this is suppose to be from new collections and an expensive one. What will you dod about this ?

@madrassarees You need to be customer centric. One has to feel good when they wear your product and if the customer is not ok with the fabric you should be open to exchange it for better fabric. Afterall you want to see your customer flaunt your product than your customer regretting the buy.

@ZARA_Care Purchased this trouser from Mall of Asia store in bangalore 26th of Jan 2025. One use and the fabric is bobbling up I did not retain the bill as i was sure i will not need an exchange. But to my surprise fabric is bobbling. Request a refund
