the lack of effort to invest in reaching new audiences while tiring out the existing fans with only catering to rich fans. it’s alienating. and overworking their artists with useless pop up photoshoots, fancalls, fansigns or just about anything that doesn’t actually help them grow. very minimal focus on music and artistry. the promo & marketing during their cbs are nonexistent which is discouraging for fans who actively support them. and above all they don’t seem to know the concept of protecting their artists, which again leaves the fans who actually care tired of the constant firefighting here. supporting the group feels like a one sided effort from fans. it should be a joint effort, like how is it the norm to feel like the company is against them growing?!
