A CN Valkyrie had a phone conversation with a government staff in the Shanghai, where PPG’s is located.
Valkyrie explained what PPG has been doing ,and asked how players should go about PPG. She received the response shown below.

P1 is a recording of the phone call. To protect the privacy, the recording has been sped up and the voices altered.
P2, P3, and P4 contain translations of the conversation.

I can guarantee that this response came from a real government staff. If you don’t believe it, you can call the phone yourself to verify it. Unless you have concrete evidence to prove otherwise, please don’t casually question the authenticity of the recording or start another witch hunt.
