@EvenMoreSarah At my last work event that involved lunch: Colleagues (mix of 25-40 somethings) - "Let's go the Vegan Cafe". Me: "I'll see you guys later, I need meat."
@EvenMoreSarah The best part about that is that if they truly wanted to eat to offset the lack of workout, they would order a slab of meat and nothing else.
"the issue is no longer the vaccine. The problem is the precedent.
I don’t believe it’s ok to live in a world in which medical procedures can be forced onto people without an impenetrable foundation of evidence to support them. And I’m just not seeing that from where I stand."
Against my better judgment I spilled some 6000 words on the topic of Covid.
This was a very difficult thing for me to write and publish. All I ask is that you approach it with an open mind.

@BoyMomNH @mandycorriea @wyattsheepie So does ours. I'm desperate to find a new vet. It's ridiculous that I can bring in an animal possibly infected with ringworm, which is contagious to humans, but I have to wear a mask.
@LPNH How exactly does that work for interstate travel? I live on the border of MA. I go there for numerous reasons. Are they going to screen us at the border a la Checkpoint Charlie?
@goldenrose_79@pdubdev You're lucky. My vet still makes us call from the parking lot to check in, discuss health history, and I have not been inside the building since 2019. They require masks for everyone in the off chance they do let you in.
@paulanoukas @angrybklynmom Hand them the binder of your entire medical history. Make sure it's not in any particular order. Say "it's in there somewhere, you find it." Mention there is also evidence of every other vaccine or negative/positive test for any disease, "just in case they want to know" (2/2)
@paulanoukas @angrybklynmom Here are my thoughts on "show us your papers": if you can, print out every component of your medical records that you can find. Anything. Put it in a 3 ring binder. When establishments ask to see your proof of vax..(1/2)
