This was a fun weekend project that our clients have liked a lot, and now we are releasing it to public. There is still a lot to be done, but just wanted to ship it.

We built #enping because client feedback was broken.

Emails, WhatsApp messages, random screenshots — and way too much time spent guessing what people meant.

Now clients just point at the exact element, add context, and we get a triaged issue with everything needed to fix it.

Aaron built something that actually solves the pain better than the usual tmux patchwork, and plenty of us are happily paying for it. Not every tool needs to be open source to be valuable. Quality and polish matter.

If it’s not for you, just move on instead of attacking the guy shipping useful work. We’re all better off when builders get supported, not shamed.
