Riot Games is laying off 530 employees, 11% of the company. We’re not even a month into 2024 and more than 3,000 people in the video game industry have lost their jobs. This comes after more than 6,500 were impacted by layoffs in the video game industry in 2023 😔
Don't aim to be in the top 1% of any given skillset.
Aim to be in the top 20% of multiple skillsets that you can combine to create something only you can execute on.
