A lot of beginner editors panic when a client gives feedback.
They instantly treat it like criticism.
Probably because we’re used to that from school or normal jobs.
But in editing it’s different.
Feedback usually means the client wants to improve the video.
An idea or a correction isn’t a bad thing.
If you can learn from it and improve, the client sees that as a huge positive.
Good editors don’t avoid feedback.
They use it.
