@MrMountstevens It's sad that 75% work at the weekends at all, especially with the hours they put in during the week. It is VITAL that family time/personal time is celebrated, encouraged and supported for teacher's mental health.

@educationgovuk @Ofstednews Perhaps Ofsted members would like to come in and teach when the teachers are off sick with Covid? They're all outstanding after all and probably sat at home, doing nothing and being paid for it. We welcome you in these 'safe' classrooms of 30.
