@British_Airways 11 days still no bags and heading back to the US where I live this weekend. Had no clothes my whole trip to the UK and a severe lack of communication and mixed messages. Just terrible!!!!!!!

@British_Airways still no update on my missing suitcases. I have spoken to American who confirmed they are at Phoenix airport. Why are you unable to locate them and get them back to me? It’s now been over 48hours with no update at all.
