Btw, adding 10-20g protein/day or /week to your diet till you reach your target (titration) is solid advice. But for the folks who are not *that* dialled in, itโs best to have an overestimation so when you ultimately undershoot the protein target youโre still in a good range.
Liz, the people youโre talking to have no idea what the word titrate means. The reason the over estimation (1g/lb of body wt) is generally recommended is because of the statement in my previous sentence.
