9/ If I had to compress 8 months into one line:
The risk isn't missing out on AI. It's having AI everywhere and transformation nowhere.
Full report is open and free, in EN and PT. Valor Econômico, Brazil's top business daily, covered it last week:

1/ Brazil is a great natural experiment for enterprise AI adoption.
98% of internet users are on mobile. 94% use WhatsApp. 53 hours a week online. And yet AI is everywhere in conversation and almost nowhere in results.
I spent 8 months digging into why. Quick thread.
8/ Inside companies, AI floats between HR, IT and Compliance with no owner.
Everyone has an opinion, nobody answers for the result. So companies end up measuring licenses and prompt counts, which say nothing about maturity.
Semana passada virou matéria no Valor:

Point #1, “stop asking to pick people’s brains,” is especially salient if you’re asking people who sell pickings of their brains as their product
Then it goes from aimless to insulting
It’s like cold emailing someone at Apple and asking them to send you a free MacBook
“Hey, I have a need for your product and would love for you to give that to me, a total stranger, for free. Thanks!”
