@EastMidRailway Hi, I contacted you earlier. I have now booked my tickets online from EMR. It seems that if you come to the EMR website through NAtional Rail there are no cycle spaces bookable, yet if you start off with EMR, the same website allows cycle spaces to be booked!!

@EastMidRailway Sorry, I can't seem to be able to send a DM. I'll have to go to St Pancras to try to do the booking. I went online through National Rail redirected to EMR. All spaces on all trains to and from Derby booked all day when you try to pay!! Try it yourself.

@EastMidRailway Hello I am trying to book an advanced return with a bicycle on your website and every combination of trains I try comes back with the message that all spaces are booked. That is not credible. How do I book a ticket with cycle spaces? Thanks in advance
