@ThaJawDropper ed received significant nerfs, and the two buffs are 1) the most nothing burger change ever to a target combo nobody ever uses and 2) a minor change to od fireball that essentially just makes his drive rush fireball better lmao
@KarkatSG@SolessSol This feels like the heart of the issue, which is that you don’t like fighting games period and you’re dressing that up in objective statements like this one. I feel pretty much the opposite! I’d take being bad at a fighting game every day over being *miserable* failing in rivals
@KarkatSG As someone who finds the pressure of performing and not letting down my teammates very daunting, I can't say I relate here, haha. I like that my mistakes and my lack of knowledge are a lot more obvious and identifiable and can be rectified with practice between sparring sessions!
@KarkatSG Your disdain for the genre is just bizarre to me for this reason. You're fully within your rights not to like the genre, maybe it's just not for you, but your reasoning makes no sense especially considering the skill you've worked hard toward having yourself
@KarkatSG Getting better is involves practice and improving your knowledge is shared between these games too. Yes, you might need to know how to block a mixup but achieving that knowledge is the same thing as learning how to track ults and hero counterplay.
