@MWASENG Okay, probably I am talking about recent history. What people refer as Kiambu is largely Kabete "Mûgabete". The people from Gatûndû are literally people of lower Murang'a.

I can't say much about the exile part, the great grandpa and friends moved in the late 1800s.

@MWASENG Well, it just the misunderstandings or historical issues. The Nyeri and Murang'a relatives that we have in the family have that "fear" towards us. But we lived just normal village life like you guys, nothing extra. Just close to the City.
