@cenbank @NDICNigeria I have reached out to them with all the necessary things they to trace where the money went but both @OPay_NG and @fidelitybankplc both seem to be determined to defraud me. Claiming they don't have my money or know where it is.

@cenbank @NDICNigeria both Opay @OPay_NG and @fidelitybankplc have decided to defraud me of my money. I sent money from my fidelity account which showed successfully but on Opay it showed failed. They both have the session ID but have been unable to tell me where my money is.

@OPay_NG please I transferred 30k from my fidelity bank @fidelitybankplc to my opay account and after showing pending for 30 seconds I got a failed transaction alert. I have not gotten a reversal and fidelity bank claims the transaction was successful
