You’ve spoken your reality. In the end what you’re saying is;
These female students in jhs and shs can be very bad and spoiled because they lack parental supervision and accountability.
In the end you’re saying access to phone, internet, data and pornography at a young age can give them the boldness to even send nudes to their teachers.
That’s true. Absolutely correct.
What’s also correct;
1. It doesn’t justify you the teacher removing your penis to insert into the vagina of these jhs or shs girls you’re teaching.
2. You admitted what these kids do are foolish but you’re not foolish so you didn’t entertain their nonsense. You’re therefore admitting that any male teacher who’s gone through tertiary training, teacher’s training, earned the certificate, read the code of conduct for GES and still decided to remove his manhood and have sex with a jhs or shs girl is doing a foolish thing despite it being the girls tempting them.
3. Also trust me, if you heard your male colleague slept with a 14 year old jhs bad girl and was imprisoned for ten years for defilement, you’ll say your guy wasn’t wise at all and very foolish to risk his freedom for 30 mins sex with a child.
You people are pushing all sorts of justification for teachers sleeping with students. That’s very weird behavior. You’re saying the only reason you didn’t do some is because you’re a saint and you’re wise but those who did shouldn’t be entirely blamed. That’s weird behavior. This same mentality is what gets you imprisoned in developed countries.
Teenagers 13-19, even scientifically do not have their brains developed to the fullest of capacities.
When they say the age limit is 16 years they’re talking about the minimum requirement. It doesn’t mean you guys in your late twenties and 30s should prey on 16 year olds.
It simply means that a 16 year old girl can do a mistake and invite her 17 year old school friend to her house when their parents are at work and they have sex. For that one they shouldn’t be jailed.
That’s the point. They do have sex. A lot.
It doesn’t justify you the teacher, her supervisor, her corrector, her mentor, her school guardian, the one to show her the right path, having sex with her in the classroom or lab or bringing her to your school bungalow in the night.
Below 18 years a child can’t vote because he or she isn’t mature enough yet to understand the nature and consequences of their actions. You find that sensible right?
So why don’t you guys understand that someone below 18 might not be able to appreciate the full nature and consequences of her action. Why do you ah e to assume that the person is developed and wants it so you as her teacher you’re justified in pumping her in your lab or office or the classroom or school bungalow or wherever.
The teacher should assume full responsibility because the teacher can be imprisoned. That is the law.
@boyy_hero@gyae_me when kids do wrong u show them the correct way and not to join the do the wrong. thats all i am saying. kindly elaborate ur problem with this
It’s alarming how quickly people blame a child when an adult is involved.
A minor is anyone below the legal age of adulthood. Society classifies minors separately because they are still developing and therefore require protection, guidance, and safeguarding.
An adult has the responsibility. An adult has the power. An adult knows the consequences.
So when your first instinct is to ask what the child did wrong, you’ve completely missed why child protection exists in the first place.
Instead of asking why the child didn’t know better, we should be asking why the adult did what they did despite knowing better.
@mayfred__@Dr_nuellie_ That is not the thinking but as an adult it’s deemed u know better and as such you are to direct the minor in the right direction
