@arojinle1 The same way a team which escapes relegation or has just come out of relegation will rejoice without even being among the top 3 or 4 of the league... It's about perception!
It is high time Islamic scholars and leaders spoke against the killings and destruction taking place across our country.
If you do not rise and do something when they are done with the others they will come for you!Think about about it!
Peace!
Friend do you know that the pages of the story of my life will be complete, interesting and intriguing without my unending contact with Muslims? I was born, raised and grew in predominantly Hausa/Fulani Muslims society in the ancient city of #kano.
Any attempt to deflect from the reality on ground is absurd, inundating and insulting to any right thinking person. I must confess! For as long as they exists there will be no peace for one nor for the other.
We need total and collective rejection of this behemoth and three headed dragon in doctrine and practice. We must be United as Christians and Muslims in combatting these menace.
Simply put our cry is against a common enemy and these criminals do not need sympathy and sympathizers in any shape or form.
The genuine Muslims who love peace should not bury their heads in the sands and ignore the elephant in the room.
They are because of their affiliation and portrayal of Islamic recitations, chants , cliches and formulas. Christians Calling them out for who they are and demanding for justice shouldn't be regarded as hatred against Muslims and Islam.
but also the enemies of true Muslims because they do not represent Islam in doctrine and practice (but this is a discussion for another day). They are the common enemies of both Christians and Muslims. Why are they the enemies of the Muslim ummah?
How long can these barbaric acts continue to tear the fabric of love, Peace and unity among us all? And are we expected to keep quiet?
If these terrorists who carry out these heinous acts are not true Muslims then they are not only the enemies of Christians
We can disagree on the those mostly affected. No sane person would deny that both Christians and none Christians are affected directly or indirectly but the question begging for answer is how much killing suffice to be termed genocide.
Again to those who think and say Christians hate Muslims that Christians do not hate Muslims. We are not your enemies.
We can argue on semantics whether the killing is genocidal. We can even argue on the fact that not only Christians are being targeted.
Let this be known by all who care to listen Christians speaking and crying against the Christian genocide in Nigeria by Islamic Jihadist, terrorists and bandits and whatever they are being called is not hatred against Islam or Muslims and never will.
You can even dislike the Christian moral standard but you cannot fault the greatest commandments and the golden rule as taught by Jesus. If you have anything against them then you are of men most miserable.
You can find faults against the doctrine of the Trinity. You can be dissatisfied by the virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, burial, resurrection and the second coming of Jesus.
All Jesus' teachings on the Mount (the beatitudes) hangs on this golden rule. Without it the teachings of Jesus on the mountain is a waste, an exercise in futility. And without practicing the golden rule no association or society can exist or thrive peacefully. It is that simple.
Hence, your neighbour's life and property is sacred and must not be violated in any shape of form. Another way in loving your neighbour as yourself is the Golden Rule as taught and stated categorically by Jesus, which is "Do to others what you want to be done to you".
statutes, ordinances are merely interpretation of how you are to love God and your fellow human beings.
You cannot have or keep one without the other. You cannot love God and hate the ones He created in His image and likeness! For man is the image of God (Imago dei).
aspirations and affiliations.
The greatest commandment is not one but two. The first is to Love God with all you are and have and the second is to Love your neighbour as yourself. Jesus said that no greater commandeds than these two. All the remaining commandments, laws,
The Christian cry for help inorder to put an end to Christian genocide and the demand for justice from whatever quarters is not and will never be hatred against Islam and Muslims. Jesus never taught us to hate any human being irrespective of their tribe, colour, race, religion,
