@SegunShowunmi See where 2 deadly combinations (Arrogance and being a talkative) has landed you now, Travolta?
A proper damage control mechanism at this time is silence.....not doubling up trying to explain yourself.
Just be quiet. Simple.
@Dr_Yajii@TrendfusionNG@SegunShowunmi I disagree. Bwala, Segun and Reno are no way near intelligent. The gift of oratory and appearing on TV channels does not make them intelligent. They are only a bunch of "anywhere belle face" jobless political commentators.
I know Segun in particular from Abeokuta. Hes nothing.
An Open Letter to Segun Sowunmi:
What happened to the man I once admired?
Dear Segun @SegunShowunmi
1. There was a time I admired you deeply.
2. I listened to you defend the PDP and saw an articulate man capable of rebuilding a troubled party.
3. I even hoped you might become its national chairman during the debates surrounding Bukola Saraki and the party's future.
4. But admiration cannot survive every contradiction.
5. Over time, I watched your political positions change like the weather.
6. One moment, you appeared sympathetic to Peter Obi.
7. The next, you attacked him.
8. Yesterday, you defended Atiku.
9. Today, you praise Tinubu.
10. Every change may have an explanation.
11. Together, they leave me wondering what you truly believe.
12. Your praise for Nyesom troubled me most.
13. How does a man who professes democracy applaud political conduct that, in my opinion, undermines its very foundations?
14. Now, your disagreement with Reno Omokri has revived allegations about your former paid role with Atiku.I cannot independently verify the financial claims.
15. But Segun, how are you holding up?
16. Are you okay?
17. If life has become financially difficult, please tell us.
18. We can organise a GoFundMe.
19. I would rather contribute towards your welfare than watch a once admired voice surrender its credibility.
20. I bear you no bitterness. Only disappointment.
21. Politics permits a man to change his mind. It should never require him to change his spine.
22. And a man who stands for everything eventually stands for nothing.
23. I hope you find your way
Kind regards,
Dr Preach Ojukwu
They’re unhappy in Gaza.
They’re unhappy in Egypt.
They’re unhappy in Libya.
They’re unhappy in Morocco.
They’re unhappy in Iran.
They’re unhappy in Iraq.
They’re unhappy in Yemen.
They’re unhappy in Afghanistan.
They’re unhappy in Pakistan.
They’re unhappy in Syria.
They’re unhappy in Lebanon.
SO WHERE EXACTLY ARE THEY HAPPY?
They’re happy in Australia.
They’re happy in Canada.
They’re happy in the UK.
They’re happy in France.
They’re happy in Italy.
They’re happy in Germany.
They’re happy in Sweden.
They’re happy in the USA.
They’re happy in Norway.
They’re happy in the Netherlands.
They’re happy in Denmark.
Funny how the countries they want to live in are predominantly non Muslim, while the countries they leave are predominantly Muslim.
AND WHO GETS THE BLAME?
Not Islam.
Not their own leaders.
Not the systems they left behind.
Not even themselves.
THEY BLAME THE VERY COUNTRIES THAT GIVE THEM A BETTER LIFE!
And the irony? They then want to change those countries into the very places they left behind because they weren’t happy there in the first place.
Make it make sense.
Honestly, how can you move somewhere for a better life and then try to turn it into the very place you chose to leave?
@DrFolaseye Dr, while I agree with you on this, I would not entirely dismiss some lady's perception based on experience and history as invalid.
You would agree that some male doctors have been investigated, found guilty, terminated and incarcerated for same act.
@CrystalBtl@AmnestyNigeria They are humans that made a mistake, medical student or no medical student, we all make mistakes. As you rightly pointed out, expulsion is too harsh a punishment, suspension or fine would have been enough.
@jeffphilips1 It doesn't work like that, not everyone on a flight connects to wifi, also, equipment swap can happen at anytime in aviation. All their aircraft will eventually be equipped with Starlink when the rollout is completed by fall of 2028 I believe.
@jeffphilips1 There is no discrimination, the aircraft you flew from KL is most likely an Airbus A350. They are all equipped with Starlink, and wifi is free. Doha - Lagos leg is probably a Dreamliner 787. Those are yet to be upgraded to Starlink, hence the fee.
@Oyewols23@Cesck_Ozil An air ambulance flying from Bermuda to Canada belonging to a firm in Canada just crashed on Sunday off the coast of NY killing everyone on board .
@Ifejianyiugo@Olakunle_Omoba When the terminal is tight, the battery is sitting in the housing and restrained like its supposed to. Nothing will happen to it. But its common with us, we swap batteries easily for different purposes rather than use a jumper.
@JerryMcMyer007@Olakunle_Omoba Yeah, I am. And it shows exactly how you were raised to have called a stranger "stupid" unprovoked because of a valid opinion.
Clap for yourself.
@Tutsy22 Nigerians, they'd rather have her come out and tell lies, gloss over things and make everywhere glittering than be realistic. Now she doesn't have sense because she didnt deceive you.
