@3b_ikk @Saudi_Airlines Lucky you !! I had a very bad experience with this airlines my luggage was lost on 14th November and till date they can’t find it. There has not been any compensation provided by them also. Worst airlines in my opinion. Sad I choose them

@Saudi_Airlines The customer service of this airline is really bad. My luggage was lost in this airlines and it’s been more than 1 month I am yet to get any update. I think you should consider other airlines

I travelled from Mumbai to Amsterdam on 14th November when I landed one of my checked in baggage was missing. I reported it to the airlines but it’s been more than 30days and the airlines only say “we will let you know as soon as possible”. Plz help
