@katebevan Might be something you've tried as well - getting an alias for it? Had something similar at a previous workplace, they refused requests to change a primary mailbox name (fair, that can break stuff) but adding an alias and having that set as default mail on profile was accepted

As long as that tax is going to support the people who aren't lucky enough to have family that can pass on hundreds of thousands (or millions) when they die, that's just taxes doing what they're supposed to do.

I think the real danger of these numbers is that they encourage distrust when people find out how misleading they are, resulting in less urgency over the issue.
