How to ppl who play ow comp as mercy? Like when on the voice channel there is a guy saying like "mercy, heal" their name pops up to my screen for like two seconds?? I barely have time to read it, let alone connect that two the player and locate them quick? Just how?

They really assume i can recognize their voice from all the other same sounding dudes & connect it to their character, having not played with them ever before :D
