@HMRCcustomers Dear officer, Good afternoon. We recently filed a company limited by gaurantee for our science community. We are not going to use the company for any tradings now and believe that it is classified as dormant for now. Could we please ask how we could inform HMRC about it? Thanks.

@PlaysportGames There is plenty of storage space. I tried all the methods that google suggested, except factory setting my device. If I can solve it, I won't bother you guys, but it seems to be a complicated issue here.
