For GO synthesis, standard Hummer’s method has been utilised. Subsequently, aiming to harness the N-doping effect, hydrothermal reaction with urea, CO(NH₂)₂ is established. Prior to high-temp effect, it reduced the GO and eventually form N-doping rGO.

In fact, the materials could involve toxic release and high-temp synthesis that posing environment risks. Thus, while having promising green application, the potential env impact should be carefully managed to ensure sustainable use.
