Мне лично не помогло. Мне помогло рассматривать это состояние не как врага, а как возможность, задачу, которую нужно решить. Но это не значит, что люди, для которых депрессия – враг, в чём-то не правы. Мы все имеем право на любые эмоции, особенно в таких сложных состояниях.

Есть мнение, что у всех депрессия проявляется по-разному, и способы справиться с ней у всех разные, и отношение к ней у всех разное, но это, наверное, слишком претенциозное мнение, давайте лучше обесценивать не "реальную" депрессию, и материть тех, у кого она не как у вас.

Ваша депрессия может вызывать у вас злость на неё, даже ярость, неимоверную усталость, хочется вырвать её из себя и растерзать на куски за то, что она есть. Это нормально. Если вам это поможет с ней справиться – классно.

I'm not a business expert but something tells me there’s no way the money they got from firing people will cover the costs of any new developments + hiring new staff + training new staff + failures that are possible because they fired lots of experts that could've prevented it.

I still cant believe not a single higher up at Bungie ever had the thought that “hey wait maybe its not the best idea to pull all of our staff away from our literal only source of revenue to spend 3 years spinning up 5 other side projects” like what? Who is running this place?

Which leads me to my final point: "talent" and "practice" are not mutually exclusive terms. Talent does make practice easier. Talent without practice doesn't mean much. Practice without talent will get you as far as it would get a person you consider talented.

Controversial opinion:
Talent does exist and it does matter in terms of getting better BUT it isn't about doing everything perfectly without any practise, it's about loving it so much you can't help but practise no matter the struggles.

And let's be honest, those who feel drawn to something /will/ get easier time making a habit out of practice because they have /a reason/ for it from the start: they love it.
Which will be just a simple fact if they wouldn't practice.
