@ProudBavaria It’s still insane how much better this game still is than CK3. It’s gotten better but CK3 just doesn’t have the spark CK2 has.

I say this as someone who only played CK2 a few months before CK3’s launch because I thought it would prepare me. Didn’t even have the dlc.

@mono_ryder @Knight10293847 Yeah it was made in a crazy short amount of time, about 14-16 months. That’s including preproduction AND BioWare actively working on Awakening and Mass Effect 2/3 as well which is insane.

I still think DA2 has the best design for the Qunari.

@mono_ryder @Knight10293847 I think it was moreso that people complained all other Qunari in the game besides the Arishok were the same model.

Inquisition changed this but making Qunari a playable race meant adjusting the features to match the face/ body rig otherwise theyd need to reanimate everything.

@pinkmilkshorty Solas was their enemy for an entire war. Him being a bit biased was the logical conclusion I gained from Trespasser. He was also set up to be dishonest, but no. The Evanuris are mega evil, and did super evil things to their people, the dwarves, and nearly doomed the world.

@pinkmilkshorty It’s partly why I was disappointed with how the Evanuris were handled in Veilguard. They were essentially the cartoony bad guys that Solas painted them as in Trespasser. There was no nuance. It almost makes me wonder why the slaves, once freed, had so much veneration for them.

@LinkofSunshine Wages have stagnated. The costs of inelastic goods has continuously risen. Many people are having to work multiple jobs to make ends meet. We’ve seen thousands of layoffs in the last 2 years. Gig work has exploded.

It’s not hard to look into this shit past the surface level.

Only the top 10% of the country owns 93% of all stock in the US. The stock market going up is not a relevant metric for the large majority of Americans, who are increasingly getting more debt and living paycheck to paycheck.

@RP_Frog @gunk4188 Bro, I love Enderal, but it generally has a lesser number of smaller towns than Skyrim. There’s like 3 towns of comparable size to Falkreath and then a bunch of ruins that were once towns. Look at duneville and Fogville, for instance. Ark is great but it’s all loading screens.
