@OhmeEV been trying for over a week to get our charger back online. Still waiting for your customer service to sort and in the meantime paying four times the amount to charge our car. Any idea when you will sort or give us a new charger !!

@nationalexpress not only your failure to turn up at Ascot racecourse last night and provide transport back to London that we paid for, your customer service is unable to “investigate” as the coach company that took us into London did not give me proof of travel. Shocking
@nationalexpress absolutely disgraceful service today. No bus to Ascot racecourse this morning, so stuck us in a minibus and left us at the racecourse with no transport back to London. £90 for what ??
@ShelaghFogarty @Desumeb Ring your network provider, they should be able to help you. Took me ages on Sunday, turns out the guy in the shop had put me on the wrong contract, EE were great and sorted over the phone.
