I'll have to abandon it at the pickup station till it will be cancelled from my orders

But now that I was being motivated by a colleague since he got all his stuff from an online store, I decided to try jumia since Ali express has shown me shege

@ruth_iyanda @JumiaNigeria Now I wanted to ask for a refund but the button for refund and return was disabled on my end I was not able to file a complaint even in the return policy there is a particular link that says 'You can create the return request and check it's status from HERE' but it's disabled

@ruth_iyanda @JumiaNigeria To my greatest surprise, I was preparing for work and I took out the box of my new watch on switching on the device the half of the led was blank and funny enough today makes it the second day of using it and also the last day of returning the damage or counterfeit goods

@ruth_iyanda @JumiaNigeria I was unable to test my product at the pickup station because of no power supply I took it home with faith after unboxing it. On getting home there was no light to I had to wait for two days before I could get this watch charged before usage

@ruth_iyanda @JumiaNigeria Being motivated I decided to get a smart watch which was delivered 2 to 3 days late although I wasn't that bothered because it was pay on delivery
Finally this watch arrived and I was so happy and beginning to gain interest in @JumiaNigeria
