Received a repair box yesterday and scheduled a pick up from UPS today to get an email saying the repair request has been cancelled-what is going on, absolutely horrendous customer support and no communication between departments.

@acalpy @BallymakennyF I slice them first, cover them in butter and duck fat and then into the oven for about an hour at 200 degrees,fully wrapped in tinfoil. Baste them with the juice every so often and open the tinfoil for the last ten mins or so. Quite simple really!
