Amazing Amazon/Apple won’t do anything re Amazon purchase of applcare. apple let Amazon sell it but Amz. Don’t register and can’t use it so now have a useless $400 watch that none will repair or replace. Massive negligence or incompetence for both? Discuss. #Amazon #Apple

appreciate that Christy. Thequestion is, why do #Amazon not register #Applecare with #Apple for certified Applecare numbers? customer feerdback on #Amazonprime shows this to be a phenomenon and not just my isolated case. I wonder do #Apple even care. They dont seem to.

Thanks Brandon but that has not worked. There are no good reviews of #Applecare for the #iwatch on Amazon. And now im stuck with a broken #iwatch that #Amazon and #Apple insist on #passingthebuck . So please tell me what can u do that 6 hours of terrible #customerservice couldnt

Thanks for getting back Brandon but over 10 service reps from #Amazon and 3 at #Apple - 6 hours total and all blame the other and no fix. Amazon reviews of Apple care are horrendous. Hate to be cynical about the DM but need a solution for all of us. #badservice #customerservice
