That’s an interesting idea. The multiplier could adjust according to how populated each area is and the value or activity of the surrounding plots.

That way, scarcity and prime locations would emerge naturally as neighborhoods develop. I’ll think carefully about how to make it fair. Thanks for the suggestion!

That’s a fair point. In theory, the plots around KM 0 should become the most valuable because every visitor starts there.

But visibility, traffic, building height and nearby activity could also create other prime locations. Honestly, this is all very new, and part of the experiment is seeing how property value evolves naturally.

Yes. Under the current system, another user can acquire your building by paying the “Buy From” price, which is 1.25× its current value.

The payment is added to your account balance, so you can buy it back at its new price or purchase another property.

There’s currently no way to make a building permanently unavailable, but we’re considering ownership-protection options and will likely put them to a vote in the private Owners’ Club.

Atelier claimed a building on Claim Avenue for $5.

So far, it has received 184 visits.

That’s $0.027 per visit—about 26× lower than the $0.70 average CPC for Meta traffic campaigns.

And the building is still theirs.
